She crafts innovative marketing strategies, allocates budgets, and designs compelling creative briefs. Jen also delves into both primary and secondary research to provide valuable insights for clients and collaborates closely with the president on business development. Her fervor for strategic marketing, effective communication, and making a meaningful impact for clients is truly inspiring.
A polished and dynamic executive, Jen brings more than two decades of communications, marketing and economic development experience from the financial sector. Jen is a lead strategist who plays a substantial role in account management, new business development, media and public relations and more. From contract to completion, you’ll find that Jen is thoughtful and proactive in her approach—and obsessive in her attention to detail.
With a proven track record of exceptional analytical skills, she meticulously evaluates program performance, identifying key areas for enhancement and providing insightful, data-driven recommendations that drive continuous improvement and success.
Prior to joining the King Media team, Jen was at PNC Financial Services group for 17 years. Her roles included vice president of client and community relations.
In line with our commitment to do groundbreaking work that makes an impact, Jen has actively supported small businesses through investments in programs like: Michigan Celebrates Small Business, ATHENA PowerLink, and various chamber programs targeted at growing and developing technical assistance programs to support entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Marketing from Northwood University.
